the Entrance (5th of October, 2014)

Two and a half hours of trip to get to the entrance, the place where mum has been looking forward for 2 weeks...Remember how I got yelled at by her last time because of some minor issue before leaving our house? Yes, I did it again...This time, it was caused by the clothing issue. In a 33 degree weather today, I thought it would be reasonable to wear summer clothing as in shorts and short sleeve shirt. No, she said it would still be cold later at night...Well yeah, true that, I don't disagree with that. But she was getting so cranky to the point that she thought I wore something inappropriate was to provoke her deliberately...

Surely it wasn't really a big deal to kill our day. We soon got over that as I talked to her on the train again...

Both of the bus drivers were so nice. The first one I talked to has clearly told me so much more about the Entrance incase we got lost, though we didn't end up getting into his bus. After waiting for another 15 minutes while on the phone with my fatty from oversea, another no.21 bus came. This second driver promised to let us know when we got there later. I didn't blame him though he totally forgot it an hour later til we terminated somewhere unknown, the last passenger got off and asked where we were going. Then the bus driver drove us back to where we were supposed to get off...

Here we go.....We walked across the road where a bunch of people were gathering. We were amazed by the beautiful views up there as though the freshness was coming from every direction. Cheerfulness was filled in the air, laughter was everywhere.

The beauty of the nature was still, but at the same time, lively. Same as what you would normally see at the beach, where seagulls scavenge for small fishy swimming in the water, fly over your head, and strut around the park. In here, I saw so many pelicans standing afar at that cut off shore.

People were having all kinds of activities around with their love ones. The picnic, lovely family time, couple time and of course, that moment of being alone, if you do enjoy having your own personal space, all you want to do is to embrace the nature...

Little train driving through the paths...

I've heard of so many people saying that they can capture any fascinated photos in Australia without PS-ing, which I believe is true. The art of nature is unbeatable...

I felt the same having this relaxing mood and sitting somewhere with mum. Not on the bench, but on the grass...

The trees' shadows are reflected onto the ocean where some others were sitting on the bank, facing forward and longing for something to come...

Long waiting of the pelicans feeding time....Before this started, the MC repeatedly asked the people at the front to sit down. I tried to stand up blocking the sun for mum for a bit longer though...

FOOD...FOOD...FOODDDDD......FOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDD.....FISHHHHHYYYY.....YESSSSS FISHYYYY....ONOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM.....Go go go go go....everyone steps back, the fishy is mine.....Great job guys....you have entertained the crowd a lot...hahah

Food competition continued....GOOO AWAYYYYY the fishy is MINE.....MIINNNEEE!!! MIIINNNEEEEE!!! Conclusion: Pelicans could be so aggressive at times....

Everyone LOOK UP!! fishy is cominggggg....Look at those big beaks, with black-pea eyes...

Selfies time....lol...We took some selfies at there...Well...but I am not planning to show them here >.> However....this back photo is good enough to give you some sort of idea of where mum and I were standing at...(Namely, me and my beautiful hair....)

That's not it. The doggy show was held somewhere close to those burger places. Unarguably the street performer knows the best strategy to attract people's attention is to perform with this cute little creature. The dog, named as Molly, was the focus of the show. I don't know how long this performer has trained Molly for, but I believe that he's a true dog lover who takes care of Molly pretty well.

It was an amazing show with lots of humour effects. I have to say I haven't watched such a successful street performance for so long...The pretentious stupidity when Molly wasn't willing to climb up to his shoulder; Molly's sneakiness hiding in the suitcase acting she's scared; Molly used her little paw to push his butt etc had been keeping everyone so happy..

After the doggy show, I was there waiting for mum to come back from toilet. Memorial park, that's what they call it, has really brought me with another new experience here with my lovely mum...

Don't forget to try the restaurants there once a life time. I picked this Thai restaurant and ordered two dishes for us to share together. The seafood wontons were nice with mouthful of prawns and octopus in. Dipping them with soy sauce would slightly add more flavour apparently, especially it fits where we were staying at-how good is it to have seafood wontons while watching the sea view through the transparent glasses...

I guess I just love seafood too much x3 Unlike other restaurants, here they offer great amount of seafood in the dish. to make sure all the customers are happy about it. Even when we were soon to finish all the noodles, there was still another layer of seafood at the bottom...

Lastly, I'd like to use my foodie Asian face to end this post....My day has been so awesome. I was still smiling all the way back to Central :)
